Area Chief For Kroger Malcolm M. McDaniel, manager of operations for the Cleveland division of Kroger (Co. from 1960 to 1963, is re turning to the division as vice president. He succeeds Chester B. Stern, who has been appointed vice president of the St.

BESS TOST CUYAHOGA FALLS Bess Post, 83, of 121 Broad died Tuesday in an Akron nursing home after a long illness. Sellers Get 'Dividend' A second and final payment of $1.9116 per share for its earnings during the sale transaction has been received by the former stockholders of the Akron, Canton Youngs-town Railroad Co.
