Keyser was born in Kasson, W. and had been a resident of Tallmadge for 30 years. He had been an inspector 23 years at the Ford Motor Engine Plant No. 2, Brookpark, Ohio, retiring in 1976. He was also an army veteran of World War I1.

Friday at the Victoria Scarpitti, 74, of Akron, died suddenly Thursday, August 26, 1982 at Akron General Medical Center. Mrs. Scarpitti was born in Trinidad, Colorado, on March 17, 1908, and came to the Akron area 72 years ago. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, and retired five years ago from the M.

O'Neil Company after 40 years of service. She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Phil DiNuoscio of Akron; and brother, Dan Scarpitti of Avon Lake, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. THERE WILL BE NO VISITATION.

Resolution No. 81-512, adopted October 19, 1981 declared the necessity to the North Munroe Road sanitary sewer system (Q-415-11); and, Resolution No. 81-652 adopted December 21, 1981 determined ceed with the construction of the proiect; and, the improvehas been completed and the final cost to be assessed is $164,666.00 of which $84,000.00, or 000.00 per connection benefit, is 10 be assessed against benefiting properties and the remainder of 666.00 is to be paid by the City of Tallmadge pursuant October 6, 1981 between the County of Summit and the City of Tallmadge; now BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the County of Summit: SECTION The total tentative assessments now on file in the office of the Department of in the aggregate amount of $84,000.00 covering the assessable cost of the North Road sanitary sewer system but excluding the amount to be paid by the City of Tallmadge are hereby approved and confirmed.

SECTION 2 The assessments in the amount of $84,000.00 are hereby levied, confirmed and ordered filed with the of Environmental Services for a period of thirty (30) days, beginning August 3, 1982 and ending 2, 1982 which time all or part of certitied 10 shall be County Auditor for collection, pursuant to Section 3 hereof. SECTION All assessments and portions remaining unpaid at the close of business on September 2, 1982 shall be certified to the County Auditor as provided by law and shall be placed on the tax list and duplicate and collected as other taxes are collected in twenty (20) annual installments, payable semi-annually, with interest, as provided by Section 6117.33 of the Ohio Revised Code, at the same rate as shall be borne by notes or bonds issued in anticipation of this collection. SECTION The County Executive is hereby requested to deliver a certified copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor no later than twenty (20) days after its adoption. SECTION 5 This Resolution, providing for an improvement, shall be published in accordance with Section 5.13 of the Rules of Council. SECTION 6 This Resolution is declared an emergency measure in order to meet the September 13, 1982 deadline for certification of final assessments, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 6117.33, for the protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the County of Summit.
