Waters (nee Ginnings) died August 2, 1990 after a two-year bout with cancer. She lived in Wadsworth and graduated from Wadsworth High School. She received her BS degree from Miami University (Ohio) in 1984.

She taught science for two years in Raleigh, N.C until her marriage in 1985, when she moved to Lebanon, Ohio. She was a member of First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, Wadsworth, where she had been an active member of youth work. Mrs. Waters leaves her husband, John Elbert Waters II of Lebanon; and a 16-month-old daughter, Katherine MARIE. She is also survived by her parents, Paul and Daphne Ginnings of Wadsworth; and her sister, Pamela S.

Huffman. Funeral services 3 p.m., Sunday, August 5 at in Lebanon at First Methodist Church, The Rev. Martha J. Ever hard and The Rev. Dana Gruver officiating.

Burial 3:30 p.m., August 6, followed by a memorial service 5 p.m. at the First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, where the family will greet visitors after the service. MOGADORE Stanley R. Watts 70, passed away August 3 at uyahoga halls General Medical Center. Mr. Watts was born in Purlear, N.C, and lived in the Akron area since 1946. He retired in 1984 with more than 23 years service from the N.R.M.

Corp. Mr. Watts was an Army veteran during World War II, and a member of Local 1 182 U.S.W. and the American Legion. He is survived by wife, Georgie daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and Jesse Melton of Rootstown, Linda and Thomas Clements of Kent, Tina and Esmond Mace of Akron; sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley and Linda Watts Jr.

For 43 years he was employed by the Akron Transportation and at the time of his retirement in 1963, he was Vice-President and General Manager. He was born in Akron, Ohio. A veteran of World War II, he served 3Vi years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was appointed to the Akron Police Dept. in 1939, and worked all divisions of the Akron Police many as a detective.

He spent 15 years in the chief's office as Secretary of Police, prior to his retirement in 1977. Mr. Mianowski is survived by his wife, Mitusko (Sakata); mother, Jani-na; stepson, Arthur Butcher of Tokyo, Japan; stepdaughter, Nancy Butcher of New York City; and nephew, Robert Mianowski of Ft. He was born in Guffie, on August 14, 1908, had been a Peninsula resident for over 30 years, and was most recently a resident of Lexington, S.C. He was retired from the Ohio Turnpike Commission and Jaite Paper Mill.

He was a 32nd Degree Mason of the Meridian Sun Chapter of Masons, a member of the Akron Tadmor Temple and veteran of the U.S. Army. Steve was active in the Boston Booster Club, which purchased uniforms and equipment for the football and basketball teams. Mr. Kovach is survived by his wife of 59 years of marriage, Betty; sons, Charles of Columbia, S.C, Steve Jr.

of Temple City, John of Columbia, S.C, Robert of Abhu Dhabi, U.A.E., Joseph of Cuyahoga Falls, Gary of Stow, Ohio, Gene of Silver Lake; daughter, Mary Ann Murphy of Wor-thington, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Roxie was born in Louisville, and lived in Akron most of her life. She retired from the B.F. Co. after 27 years service, was a charter member of the Akron Baptist Temple, and was affiliated with the Tri-City Baptist Church of Tempe, and Arlington Memorial Baptist in Akron. Preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, J.

W. LaPorte, in September 1989, she is survived by her daughter, Betty Hershey of Phoenix, daughter and son-in-law, Joann and Dale Kramer of Akron; grandchildren, Gail Roemer, Tracey Hanna, both of Phoenix, Floyd Hershey of North Lawrence, Michael Kramer, Kim Moss, Dawn Dundon and Jacalyn Bush, all of Akron; and 22 greatgrandchildren. She was born in Kewanee, Sept. 25, 1907. Mrs. Bubb graduated from Flora Stone Mather College of West- ern Reserve University in 1930. In 1933 she married Harry Darrah Bubb; they built their home in Hudson.

She is survived by her husband; daughters and sons-in-law, Sally and Blake Foster of Fairport, N.Y., Molly and John Logan of Hudson, Martha and David Sheets of Wellesley, son and daughter-in-law, Harrison and Sally Bubb of Walton-On-Thames, England; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held Aug. 15, 1990, at 3:30 p.m., in the Community Room at Laurel Lake Retirement Community on Boston Mills Road in Hudson. Interment will be private. Patricia Joanne Collins PENINSULA Patricia Joanne (Zielke) Collins, 55, died Thursday at her residence. Mrs. Collins was born in Protection, Kansas, and had lived in Peninsula since 1957. She was a postal clerk at the Peninsula Post Office for 17 years, had serviced four years as the Peninsula Clerk and for the past two years had served on Council. She was a member of the Peninsula United Methodist Church, where she was a soloist, sang in the choir and was very active on many committees.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of 36 years; sons, Robert Jr. of Stow, Richard A. of Medina, Randall E. of Streetsboro; daughters, Sharon Lee at home, Susan E. Hunt of Cuyahoga Falls; seven grandchildren; and other children and other grandchildren; father, Bennard Zielke of Protection, Kansas; brother, Bennie Zielke of Carey, Ohio.
